high performance culture.

What is a High Performance Culture, and how can it be established in hybrid times?

Together with Yannick Bahlmann (Bahlmann Consulting), we conducted a qualitative study to find out:

  • What challenges hybrid work poses for employees and leaders of companies,

  • Which best practices and lessons learned from the time of remote work can be transferred to the new way of working,

  • And most importantly, how organizations can create a culture (High Performance Culture) where all individuals within the organization can best utilize their potential to achieve shared organizational goals.

To gain a broad and representative view of the situation, we conducted semi-structured interviews with approximately 30 representatives from large corporations, mid-sized companies, and start-ups (including vent.io, cherry ventures, atruvia).

Read the study results and explore the the toolbox, where we present many best practices to lay the foundation for a High Performance Culture.

One of our favorite books on teamwork: "Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni. His model serves as the foundation for our leadership and team workshops.

strengths based leadership

(Tom Rath, Barry Conchie)

We love Gallup's strengths-based approach. The book "Strengths-Based Leadership," which we would like to introduce, focuses on the question of why people follow leaders and how you can become the best version of your leadership role.
